Edo embroidery is one of the three major traditions of Japanese embroidery. It is characterized by its intricate beauty, created using lustrous silk threads. The silk threads are prepared by applying friction to refine them, and each stitch is carefully made by hand, resulting in a delicate yet elegant and vibrant finish.
